Forced Circulation MSMPR Type Crystallizer
Forced Circulation Crystallizers are of mixed-suspension and mixed crystal product removal types crystallizers. This type of crystallizer operates at a controlled crystal mash density depending on the process requirements and the mass balance. Forced Circulation Crystallizers can have single or multiple bodies/effects and are often implemented in conjunction with thermal (TVR) or mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) technologies. They can be operated from low vacuum to atmospheric pressure according to the crystallization process requirements.
