Evaporation

The evaporation process takes place under vacuum, atmospheric pressure or positive pressure. While designing the evaporation process, it is ensured that the most suitable process method is determined in terms of business, taking into account the product characteristics (viscosity, boiling point, etc.).

The liquid to be evaporated is raised to the boiling point by means of the heat exchanger according to the selected process evaporation type and evaporation takes place from the evaporation surface formed on the separator.

Considering the share of evaporation systems on the final product cost, processes that use mechanical (MVR) or steam recompressor (TVR) combinations are preferred.
