Spare part
- We provide spare parts lists to our customers just before or after installation. According to the demands of our customers, we supply the spare parts needed for the equipment and process through our supply channels after the production and purchasing stages.
- When the installation of the committed projects is completed, the planned maintenance schedule is determined by ASOS and presented to our customers.
- It is under our guarantee and assurance that free maintenance is carried out within the specified time interval for the plant or process equipment that we have installed.
- Group leaders from among our responsible technical team, who work only in service and maintenance services 7 days / 24 hours, remind you of necessary spare parts replacement and routine maintenance to be done, even if you do not experience any malfunctions.
Ongoing Maintenance and Service Agreements
- Our customers are provided with first-hand service and maintenance under guaranteed conditions.
- Supply service for spares of all parts and equipment in our customers' process facilities is provided by us.
- Our continuous maintenance and service team intervenes in the problematic equipment within the promised time and provides a quick solution to the problem.
- Routine reports are provided to our customers for periodic site visits and processes for improvement and updating.
